- Choosing a Writer:
- Client Selection: After placing an order, you have the option to review bids from available writers and select the one you prefer based on their expertise, ratings, and bid amount.
- Support Team Assignment: Alternatively, you can opt to have our support team assign your order to the most qualified expert available, ensuring your project is handled by a professional with the appropriate skills.
Payment Methods

Payment Completion

If no feedback is provided within this period, the payment is automatically released to the writer on the 11th day.

Account Balance and Withdrawals
- Refund Requests: You can request a refund of unused funds in your account within 60 days of the initial deposit. To initiate a withdrawal, contact our customer support team, who will guide you through the process.
- Operational Costs: After 8 months, if there are unused funds in an inactive account, we reserve the right to withdraw these funds to cover operational costs. We will provide prior notification before any such action.
Chargebacks

- Late Delivery:
- If the paper is delivered past the agreed deadline without an approved extension, you are entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the impact of the delay on your submission requirements.
- Plagiarism:
- If the delivered paper is found to be plagiarized, you will receive a full refund. We require a detailed plagiarism report from a reputable detection service to process this claim. We maintain strict anti-plagiarism policies and ensure all papers are original.
- Accidental Duplicate Order:
- If you accidentally place a duplicate order, you are eligible for a full refund if you notify us before a writer is assigned. If a writer is assigned, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the work completed.
Non-Refundable Situations
