TASK DESCRIPTION
Identify any private sector organisation of your choice. Conduct a position/job analysis of any role of interest to you. Based on your analysis, recommend actions to be taken in terms of pay and flexible working arrangement considering the activities of other competitor organisations.
Your presentation should explain how your recommended actions support the organisation’s strategic aims.
Present your findings in a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation per student.
Your presentation should be maximum 12 slides per student. There should be a reference list at the end. Support your presentation with relevant data and in-text citations.
