Strengths and Challenges of Neurodivergent People

This assessment task requires you to write an essay adopting a person-centred approach to analyse the strengths and challenges of neurodivergent people. You are required to reflect on the neurotypical individuals’ bias, prejudices and assumptions related to specific neurological conditions that make up neurodiversity and how these may impact individuals and their family.
